According to D.N.C. rules, only Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, and South Carolina are allowed to hold presidential primaries or caucuses before February 5, 2008. The Democratic and Republican Parties will hold their Nevada caucuses on Saturday, January 19, 2008.
