Good News: Stock Market Up, Inflation Down

Even with a housing slump brought on by the sub-prime lending crisis the stock market remained at record highs in 2007, unemployment was at or below Clinton era levels, real growth was close to 4% during much of the year, and the core inflation rate was less than 2%.
