Barack Obama: Isolationist or Interventionist?




LEFT:
American foreign policy is often a struggle between Isolationists, like Ron Paul who believe the U.S. should have very little to do with the outside world, and Interventionists like George W. Bush who believe that an activist foreign policy is in the best interests of both the U.S. and the world.

RIGHT:
Then there's Barack Obama, who doesn't think genocide is a reason for military intervention but believes we should invade Pakistan if Osama bin Laden might be hiding there.
